Product facts
Move.
Earn. Unlock.
RepRock is an iPhone screen-time app that lets you earn access to selected apps by completing supported workouts and walking goals.
What RepRock does
RepRock connects intentional movement with access to distracting apps. You choose apps, categories, or websites to restrict. Completing supported activities adds minutes to your available balance, which gives you timed access to the selections you made.
The goal is not to permanently ban every distracting app. It is to create a clear exchange: move first, then choose how to use the time you earned.
Who it may suit
RepRock may be useful for iPhone users who want a fitness-based screen-time tool, prefer earning intentional access over using a permanent blocker, and like short movement goals that can fit between other parts of the day.
It is not a social fitness network, medical service, medical device, general workout planner, or enterprise device-management tool.
Supported movement
The website currently describes push-ups, squats, walking, planks, and jumping jacks. RepRock can use permitted Health and Motion data for supported activities and on-device camera analysis for supported repetition or duration workouts.
Activity counts are estimates. Results can be missed or delayed depending on permissions, device positioning, Apple frameworks, settings, and operating-system behavior.
Privacy by design
RepRock does not require an account. The app stores core settings and workout history on the device. For camera workouts, live frames are analyzed on the device; RepRock says it does not record video, save camera frames, or upload camera footage.
There is no public social feed or leaderboard. For the complete description of service providers, diagnostics, analytics, subscriptions, and data choices, read the Privacy Policy.
Availability and pricing
RepRock is available for iPhone on the Apple App Store. The App Store listing is the source of truth for regional availability, compatibility, pricing, subscriptions, and current features.
